[ Well, Magicman did say that Hiro needed to hit up a couple more navis once he felt better, and Hiro is starting to feel better. With nothing better to do on this particular Sunday evening, he hunts down Megaman's comm info via the network and leaves him a message. ]

The generator was repurposed for more interesting things than sitting in a company lab all day and has been passed onto a person who can make much better use of it.

There are memory discrepancies that are bothering me.

I do not care what your opinion of me is, but you can at least blame it on things I remember doing. I have no recollection of events as you describe and this is aggravating me.

You can make other arrangements. Place, time. Draw up a contract if you must. I know you do not trust me. But I would rather get this sorted out sooner rather than later. I do not enjoy the feeling of having forgotten something that I may not have even done.

That resemblance to Lan is startling, but. He's not sure if that's a Porter thing or if he was like that all along. The Porter had given him a body uncannily similar to his operator's, after all. ]

If Megaman opens it, he'll find a carefully iced vanilla sponge cake. There's even his symbol on the top (in fondant because he was going to experiment with chocolate discs and all that nonsense but fondant is just easier, plus it's pure sugar and you can't go wrong with pure sugar). ]
