Mask or Menace Permissions

This particular incarnation of the Blue Bomber is an artificial general intelligence called a "Netnavi." While he's been given a (mostly) human body in MoM so he can live in and interact with the real world, he retains the ability to enter electronic devices by re-digitizing himself. He can use this ability to interact with the device itself, enter or exit a network connection, and modify data and security systems stored on the device. However, he can only do this with devices that are not password protected or that he knows the passwords/PINs/access codes for, and he cannot forcibly crack system protections.

For the most part, Megaman won't be messing with anyone's tech unless he's given permission or explicitly asked to do so (he might try to borrow an Internet-capable device in an emergency, but that'd just be to get to the Net and he wouldn't touch the device's data). That being said, if you character has anything password protected or that you'd prefer he'd not interact with at all, please let me know! Just fill out the form below.
